    Jagannath Das is a Kirtan artist and multi-instrumentalist dedicated to bringing sacred sound to life through the power of mantra and Bhakti music. With a deep love for devotional expression, his music invites listeners to feel the mantra and live the Bhakti - awakening the heart through rhythm, melody, and spiritual connection.

    Raj is a young, dynamic speaker known for his relatable and practical talks. He co-founded Think Gita and is a qualified Executive Coach and NHS Medical Professional with over 10 years of experience in well-being.

    Raj is also known for his engaging and insightful speeches, often peppered with light humour.

    Sangeeta recently returned from 6 months in India, having accomplished the feat of becoming a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher as well as studying the Bhakti Yoga discipline. She is a creative soul who loves to share the wisdom she has learnt joyfully and openly with others and is always finding unique ways to make this knowledge accessible to as many as possible.

    Vrinda, founder of FLOW.STATE.ARTS, holds over a decade’s worth of experience as a pharmacist where she witnessed the emotional and spiritual struggles people carry. This led her to explore holistic approaches rooted in ancient wisdom and mindfulness. Vrinda’s work is a reflection of her belief that true healing begins within, and that art - when practiced with presence - can open the door to transformation!

FAQ’s

  • We ask everyone to book by the 16th June 2025.

  • If you cancel at least 4 weeks before the retreat, you'll receive 50% refund. Cancellations requested after 18th May 2025 are non-refundable.

  • The entire 3-day retreat costs £335 per person, which includes a shared twin room. You can choose to be paired with a friend or, if you are coming alone, with someone of the same gender and similar age. Many of our guests make lasting friendships with their roommates, which is often part of the experience. You can also have your own room for a little extra cost. Own room cost £395.

  • The package includes accommodation, with all rooms being ensuite and spacious. You can choose to share a twin room or pay a little extra for a private room.

  • Yes! The Vedanta space has plenty of activities and space to keep the little ones engaged. Children are the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times.

  • All meals are included in the price, with complimentary drinks throughout the retreat.

  • All our food will be vegetarian or vegan, prepared according to Ayurvedic principles, which means it does not include onion or garlic. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let our team know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • The retreat starts at 3pm on June 20th, with check-in available from 5pm onwards. Please proceed to the reception upon arrival to be greeted by the team. The retreat concludes on June 22nd at 4pm.

    More details around the specific schedule for the weekend will be shared closer to the time of the retreat after booking.

  • We advise you to wear whatever is comfortable for you. The day will include yoga, meditation, and nature walks. This is your time, so be yourself.

  • If you are traveling by car, the address is Free parking spaces are available.

  • Bring essentials you require for the 3 days. If you have a yoga mat, you can also bring it, along with a notepad and pen.
